Athletes from over a dozen federations will contest Open, Junior and Masters divisions across men’s and women’s categories, judged live against strict international curl standards.

Who can register for the competition?
Any athlete affiliated with a recognized strict curl or strength federation may register, in the Open, Junior or Masters division matching their age and weight category.
What equipment is required?
Athletes must bring their own competition singlet or approved attire. Barbells, collars, and platform equipment are provided by the organizers and meet official strict curl specifications.
How is a strict curl judged?
Each lift is scored by three judges against a strict standard: no leg drive, no back swing, and full lockout at the top. A majority decision of two or more judges determines a good lift.
Is spectator entry free?
Spectator tickets are available at the venue box office and online closer to the event date. Details will be published on this page.
Can I change my weight category after registering?
Category changes are permitted up to the registration deadline. After that date, your final category is confirmed at official weigh-in.
